GoTab is a Restaurant Commerce Platform helping large- and mid-sized restaurants, breweries, bars, hotels, and other venues run lean, profitable operations while making guests even more satisfied. Unlike legacy POS systems, we are the only platform that prioritizes the guest at the center of the experience. GoTab hospitality commerce platform operates in all hospitality spaces from fast casual and fine dining to resorts and entertainment venues with all the stops in between.

We allow patrons to order and pay through a server, order and pay directly from their own mobile phones, or blend the two experiences all on one tab, through its all-in-one POS, mobile ordering and payment features, and kitchen display systems (KDS). The guest never has to download a mobile app or create a password. Operators get flexible features that can be rapidly applied to access new revenue streams via dine-in, take-out and delivery, events, online ordering, and more. Founded in 2016, GoTab processes over $250M transactions per year with operations all over the United States, Canada and is starting to expand to Europe as well.

With 7shifts & GoTab, you get:

  • Employee syncing and mapping: 7shifts users can be imported into and created in GoTab, and existing users in both systems can be synced. This makes it so you can see the sales data broken down by employee
  • Tip pooling: if employees are synced and mapped in GoTab an operator can set up a tip pool in 7shifts which will be populated by sales data from GoTab in real time
  • Timeclock enforcement: if an operator has employees synced and is using 7punches they can turn on a setting to make sure users have clocked in with 7punches before they can access the POS
