Once you sign up to 7shifts, you immediately get access to all features in 7shifts for 14 days. If you have any questions, we have fast support that will be happy to give you a hand. You'll be able to access a 14-day extension after the initial trial ends. We don't require a credit card to start the trial, but will require one for the extension. You get to test out 7shifts without any strings attached.
We offer term agreements for those clients looking to take advantage of an Enterprise discount model. Clients have the option to pay monthly or annually depending on your preference. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you will not be billed again if you are not under a contract.
We currently accept payment via credit card as well as ACH (automatic bank withdrawals), by request. You can select whether to be charged monthly or annually, and your credit card or bank will be charged accordingly at each period.
To continue to have access to your 7shifts account after the 14-day trial, you will be asked to enter your credit card information and select your subscription plan to continue using 7shifts, unless you opt to use our free "Comp" plan. If you decide not to continue at the end of your 14-day trial, your account will expire.
