When I was a teenager, I worked for my dad who owned multiple restaurants where I watched him struggle to manage schedules. Equipped with a love of learning and solving problems, I made it my goal to learn to write code and build him something better, and 7shifts was born. Flash forward several years later and our team at 7shifts is actively solving team management and communication problems for over 1,000,000 restaurant professionals worldwide. Our mission at 7shifts is to improve happiness and efficiency in the workplace, and we’ve only begun to scratch the surface.
