This means that publishing a shift for that employee until a specific time or until close wouldn’t suffice. To remedy this problem, we’ve introduced a shift end time labelled “BD”, with BD standing for business decline. To schedule an employee until “BD”, go to the schedules page, then click on the plus button to add a shift. You will see a checkbox that says “BD”.
