Why is my plan changing?

We’re updating our plans to better align with how our features scale as your team grows. As part of this update, we’re introducing a 20-employee limit on your current plan, effective June 11, 2025. This change helps us continue offering powerful scheduling tools at a fair price while ensuring businesses with larger teams are matched with the right level of support and features.

Will this affect how I use 7shifts?

• There won’t be any changes to your existing team. Everyone currently on your account will remain active, and you’ll continue to have access to all your existing features.
• Starting June 11, 2025, you’ll need to upgrade to a higher plan if you’d like to add new employees beyond the 20-user limit.

Are there any additional limitations planned in the near future?

No further changes to your plan are currently planned. If, in the future, that changes, we’ll communicate these changes as early as possible.
