What You Need to Know About 7shifts’ Plan Changes (Comp Plan)
Why is my plan changing?
We’re updating our plans to better align with how our features scale as your team grows.
As part of this update, we’re introducing a 15-employee limit on your current plan, effective January 15, 2026.
Your feature set will also be updated:
You will be able to access one-way announcements for critical team updates
You will no longer have access to team chat, hiring and engage tools, and 7punches.
This change helps us continue offering powerful scheduling tools at a fair price while ensuring businesses with larger teams are matched with the right level of support and features.
Will this affect how I use 7shifts?
There won’t be any changes to your existing team. Everyone currently on your account will remain active.
You will be able to access one-way announcements for critical team updates.
You will no longer have access to team chat, hiring and engage tools, and 7punches.
Starting January 15, 2026, you’ll need to upgrade to a higher plan if you’d like to add new employees beyond the 15-user limit.
Are there any additional limitations planned in the near future?
No further changes to your plan are currently planned. If, in the future, that changes, we’ll communicate these changes as early as possible.
