What You Need to Know About 7shifts’ Price Changes (The Works)

Why are your prices increasing?

Over the years, we’ve continuously enhanced our product by adding new features to deliver more value and create a greater impact for our customers. Looking ahead, we have ambitious plans to introduce even more innovative features and improvements.

To ensure we can deliver on these plans and continue providing the best possible experience, we’ve implemented an update to our pricing.

What’s driving the change?

  • Enhanced features and tools: Over the years, we’ve introduced new features and improvements to make managing your restaurant easier and more efficient.
  • Continued product innovation: We’re committed to investing in technologies that keep your business ahead, from smarter scheduling tools, to developing tip management and payroll solutions, and creating deeper labor insights.
  • Improved reliability: We’ve made significant upgrades to ensure 7shifts remains fast, secure, and dependable for your day-to-day needs.
  • Expanded support resources: To serve you better, we’ve added more resources and team members to ensure you get the help you need, when you need it.

What is the new price for The Works (monthly)?

Starting July 2025, we will be rolling out the following new pricing for The Works:

  • Monthly: $89.99 per location/month
    The new monthly price will be reflected on your first bill in February 2025.
  • Annual: $79.99 per location/month, billed annually at $959.88 (10% savings).
    The new annual price will be reflected on your next subscription renewal.

Are there any additional increases planned in the near future?

No further increases are currently planned. If, in the future, that changes, we’ll communicate these changes as early as possible. To guarantee your price for the next 12 months, we suggest subscribing annually, for a 10% discount.
