Get rewarded for spreading the word about 7shifts! Refer a restaurant and receive a bonus for every qualified lead passed along. Please review the legal terms below before submitting a referral.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to 7shifts’s Toast Lead Referral Program (the “Program”). By submitting a lead for a restaurant or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and 7shifts’s Privacy Policy.

Program Eligibility

Who is Eligible to Participate?

Toast employees and consultants – who submit a lead via a valid @toasttab.com email address – who refer a restaurant to 7shifts through the online referral form or in writing to a 7shifts employee may be eligible to receive a $100 lead referral bonus.

Who is Not Eligible to Participate?

Anyone who is not a Toast employee is not eligible to participate.

Referral Requirements

Subject to these Terms, for each “Qualified Lead Referral” that meets the following criteria, you will receive the applicable Bonus Payout listed below. A “Qualified Lead Referral” is a restaurant that:

is referred to 7shifts either through the online referral form, or in writing (email is acceptable) to an existing 7shifts employee, verbal referrals are unable to be verified and will not be accepted;

is not an existing lead in the 7shifts system (7shifts reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the original lead source. Exceptions may be made, in 7shifts's sole discretion, if the referral has not been contacted by 7shifts for at least 6 months); and a 7shifts rep has a demo booked with the lead contact.

Bonus Payouts

A lead referral bonus of $50 or $100 will be paid out for each Qualified Referral. $50 for restaurants that are between 1–4 locations, or $100 for restaurants that are 5+ locations.

The referring party must complete an electronic W9 form before a Bonus Payout can be issued.

Bonus Payouts will be issued to the individual referrer in the form of a paper check sent to the address provided on the W9 form.

Limit to one referral Bonus Payout per restaurant brand or group.

There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can submit, or eligible Bonus Payouts for Qualified Lead Referrals an individual can receive, while the Program is effective.

7shifts will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral is a Qualified Lead Referral eligible for a Bonus Payout.

Modifications

7shifts reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice, however we will employ commercially reasonable efforts to post a notice on the referral website.
