Get rewarded for spreading the word about 7shifts! Refer a restaurant and receive a bonus once they’ve become a Qualified Referral. Please review the legal terms below before submitting a referral.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to 7shifts’s Referral Program (the “Program”). By submitting a referral for a restaurant or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and 7shifts’s Privacy Policy.

Program Eligibility

Who is Eligible to Participate?

New graduates of culinary and hospitality programs and restaurant employees who refer their employer through the online referral form or in writing to a 7shifts employee may be eligible to receive a $500 referral bonus.

Who is Not Eligible to Participate?

7shifts technical integration and strategic partners with existing referral programs

7shifts employees within the Sales organization or authorized 7shifts Resellers

Restaurant owners, operators, or business decision makers are not permitted to refer their own restaurants.

Franchisors who are responsible for making the POS purchasing decision for its franchisees, are not eligible to receive Bonus Payouts for any franchisee referrals.

Referral Requirements

Subject to these Terms, for each “Qualified Referral” that meets the following criteria, you will receive the applicable Bonus Payout listed below. A “Qualified Referral” is a restaurant that:

is referred to 7shifts either through the online referral form, or in writing (email is acceptable) to an existing 7shifts employee, verbal referrals are unable to be verified and will not be accepted;

is not an existing lead in the 7shifts system (7shifts reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the original lead source. Exceptions may be made, in 7shifts’s sole discretion, if the referral has not been contacted by 7shifts for at least 6 months); and

Has entered into a Merchant Agreement Initial Order Form with 7shifts, and has been live, processing transactions on the 7shifts platform for at least thirty (30) days.

Bonus Payouts

A referral bonus of $500 for 7shifts customers will be issued for each Qualified Referral.

The referring party must complete an electronic W9 form before a Bonus Payout can be issued.

Bonus Payouts will be issued to the individual referrer in the form of a paper check sent to the address provided on the W9 form.

Limit to one referral Bonus Payout per restaurant brand or group.

There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can submit, or eligible Bonus Payouts for Qualified Referrals an individual can receive, while the Program is effective.

7shifts will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral is a Qualified Referral eligible for a Bonus Payout.

Modifications

7shifts reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice, however we will employ commercially reasonable efforts to post a notice on the referral website.
