These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to the 7shifts Referral Program (the "Program"). By submitting a referral for a restaurant or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and 7shifts Privacy Policy.

Program Eligibility

Who is Eligible to Participate?

  • 7shifts customers who refer a restaurant to 7shifts through their unique trial sign up link or in writing to a 7shifts employee may be eligible to receive a referral reward once their referral is a Qualified Referral.

Who is Not Eligible to Participate?

  • 7shifts technical integration and strategic partners with existing affiliate or partnership agreements.
  • 7shifts employees within the Sales organization or authorized 7shifts Resellers.

Referral Requirements

Subject to these Terms, for each "Qualified Referral" that meets the following criteria, you will receive the applicable referral reward listed below. A "Qualified Referral" is a restaurant that:

  • is referred to 7shifts either through a unique trial sign up link, or in writing (email is acceptable) to an existing 7shifts employee; verbal referrals are unable to be verified and will not be accepted;
  • is not an existing lead in the 7shifts system (7shifts reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the original lead source. Exceptions may be made, in 7shifts sole discretion, if the referral has not been contacted by 7shifts for at least six (6) months); and
  • has entered into a Merchant Agreement Initial Order Form with 7shifts, and has been live, processing transactions on the 7shifts platform for at least sixty (60) days.

For clarity, a Referral is defined as a contact who has started a 7shifts trial. A Qualified Referral is defined as a Referral that converts to a paid 7shifts plan and remains active for a minimum of sixty (60) consecutive days. Starting a 7shifts trial alone does not constitute a Qualified Referral and is therefore not eligible for a referral reward or bonus.

Referral Reward

  • Standard Referral Reward: $100 Gift Card per Qualified Referral. Maximum of ten (10) eligible referral rewards per month while the Program is active.
  • Reward Issuance: All gift cards are issued in USD. Referral rewards are issued to the individual referrer in the form of a Guusto gift card or physical product within ninety (90) days of the Qualified Referral signing up for a paid plan and after they have been live on the 7shifts platform for at least sixty (60) consecutive days. There is no limit to the number of Referrals an individual can submit; however, the limit for eligible referral rewards is a maximum of ten (10) Qualified Referrals per month while the Program is active. 7shifts will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral is a Qualified Referral eligible for a referral reward.

Summer 2026 AirPods Pro Referral Promotion (July 21 - September 20, 2026):

During the promotional period, participants will earn escalating rewards based on cumulative Qualified Referrals:

  • 1st Qualified Referral = $100 Gift Card
  • 2nd Qualified Referral = $150 Gift Card
  • 3rd Qualified Referral = AirPods Pro
  • 4th+ Qualified Referrals = $100 Gift Card per referral
  • Maximum: ten (10) Qualified Referrals per month; one (1) AirPods Pro per customer during the promotional period

Important Terms:

  • Milestone rewards are based on cumulative Qualified Referrals achieved during the promotional period (July 21 - September 20, 2026). Referrals submitted before or after this window do not count toward promotional milestones.
  • The 1st Qualified Referral earns a $100 Gift Card.
  • The 2nd Qualified Referral earns a $150 Gift Card.
  • The 3rd Qualified Referral earns AirPods Pro (no gift card for this referral).
  • Starting with the 4th Qualified Referral, participants earn a $100 Gift Card per referral, subject to the monthly maximum of ten (10) Qualified Referrals per month.
  • AirPods Pro limit: Participants are limited to one (1) AirPods Pro during the entire promotional period, regardless of the total number of Qualified Referrals submitted beyond three (3).
  • The promotional period runs from July 21, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST through September 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
  • Gift Cards will be issued within ninety (90) days of the Qualified Referral signing up for a paid plan and after they have been live on the 7shifts platform for at least sixty (60) consecutive days.
  • AirPods Pro will be issued within ninety (90) days after the 3rd Qualified Referral meets all eligibility requirements during the promotional period.

Modifications

7shifts reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice, however we will employ commercially reasonable efforts to post a notice on the referral website.

Fraud, Misuse, and Liability

7shifts reserves the right to investigate any referrals submitted through the Program and to withhold or revoke any referral rewards if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected. Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to:

  • Submitting self-referrals or referrals for entities in which the referrer has an ownership or controlling interest.
  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information to qualify a referral.
  • Manipulating or attempting to circumvent Program eligibility requirements.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws, including anti-fraud and anti-bribery regulations.

If 7shifts determines, in its sole discretion, that a participant has engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, 7shifts may, without notice:

  • Disqualify the referral(s) in question and withhold any associated rewards.
  • Revoke your access entirely to 7shifts and all products
  • Permanently bar the participant from future participation in the Program.
  • Seek reimbursement for any improperly issued referral rewards through legal action, if necessary.

Participants acknowledge and agree that 7shifts shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the disqualification of a referral, the termination of Program participation, or any actions taken to address suspected fraud or misuse.
